I have just started a Web Freelance business here in Kampala, Uganda and i got a couple of jobs on me. I use Dreamweaver to develop and i will also implement PHP and MySQL in some of the websites. Thing is i have seen so many web hosts out there and i dont know which one would be best. They all have so many reviews and deals but i need one which is reliable and cheap with many features and popular. Any suggestions would be lovely! thanks

Reasonable monthly rates, good support and a lot of storage. Plus cool features. There are a lot of web hosting companies out there. Which ones are the best for small businesses?
Some more details - one business is selling art & photography, so I need a Shopping Cart feature and Paypal, etc. The other business is a service-based business in which people would not shop on our site, but just go there to view our company info and contact us for appts. Thanks!
